This is literally a hack job, where I've hacked together the Ultimate ears Megaboom holder by Multitrex and the iPhone XS Max Case with Handles by pythongrape.
I used Microsoft 3D builder to split and remove the parts I didn't need from the iPhone case (the handles). Then I simply positioned the parts on each other and merged. That is the extend of my design skills :)
