I decided to make a Z stabilizer like you would find on an Ender 3. I didn't like the Idea of a front mount, So I remixed peed6687's design. I added a Z rod 608 bearing that I have been using for awhile. The top part will be extremely snug and require some dremel work depending on your printer calibrations and extrusion tolerances.
Mirror in Cura for left and right. I printed solid but infill to your liking.
Purchase 2 24" 1/4 20 Threaded rods at your local hardware store along with 8 matching nuts and 6 flat washers.Cut rods to fit, I ended up with Rods just over 16"long so one 3 foot rod would probably work if it's in stock.
Use M5 T nuts from here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FQFS4D5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This assortment of Hex Head screws will work for all the Extrusion.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08N67BDJ5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You will need 2 M5 nuts, 2 washers and 2 locks which I had on hand from this kit.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08592PCNB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
