Simplest medical face shield clips ever. Designed with print speed and saving material in mind.
Why? Whats wrong with Prusas and the others out here? Well they take ages to print and cost a lot of material, which also makes them heavy! currently there are probably 100s of thousands required globally, so if you can save 30 grams times 100.000, you get the point.
What you need:
Visor sheet: clear plastiv divider, or cut petg sheets, you'll figure it out
rubber band or similar (use raw TPU filament or a cut up bicyle tire, anything goes)
this thing
Directions:
print thing multitude of 2 (2, 4, 8 ..... you get it)
cut a sheet of plastic into face covering size
cut a small stripe from the sheet (2-3cm height) for the head band
make that stripe 4cm narrower than the face sheet (yes, thats the trick)
Use a paper hole puncher and punch holes into the stripe and into the visor sheet top corners to fit the knobs on the printed clips (see beautiful hair style model on photos), (and the how the clips work)
clip it all together
attach rubber band
apply to head
go save the world
