You have to scale by 1000% or 10x.
I don't know why Inventor does this, but it is like this.
I wanted feet for the MeCreator 2 because the Y axis is directly mounted to the steel chassis and is pretty heavy duty because it has to move the extruder and the X axis motor. And because I didn't find something like I wanted here on Thingiverse, I did it myself.
I modeled them to fit the 22mm felt pads I had lying around. They reduced the noise from the Y axis motor quite a bit. Well worth the little printing time. Should fit 25mm or smaller felt pads with no problem.
