This is an adjustable z-max endstop holder for a standard endstop 1.2 board. It can be retrofitted (using superglue or acetone if printed in ABS) to the lower front bracket of the dual z axis.
The second part is an extension which can be glued to the unused belt clip on the left side of the front z carriage, to press the endstop.
This has come about as ABL seems to be a bit of a waste of time with this axis on this printer, the bed can be easily manually levelled and is quite consistent.
If changing to using z-max endstop and using marlin 1.1.0 RC then change configuration.h to homing direction z =1 (max)
Then set manual home positions z to your full z height (mine is 170mm).
After that I just used babystep z on the first print and used m206 to enter the home offset. (Nb. if the nozzle was 1mm too high the m206 z would be 1.)
