This is a Mechanical Transfer Press 600Ton model, replica in scale 1:25, that i made for training purpose.
This machine has a Link Lever System to reduce the speed while pressing the material.
It is used to form Steel, starting by Rolls, by Deep Drawing process,
The machine has 8 Transfer Tools inside, togheter with the replica of the Transfer system.
There are 5 Spring aided bed cushions, below 5 of the Tools.
The machine can be moved by rotating the Flywheel using the handle.
The Front and the Top of the machine can be opened to show the Link Lever system inside.
To assembly the plastic components are also necessary some extra parts :

4 Threaded bars Diam 5/6 mm with Nuts to close the Uprights of the machine,

1 Rubber to connect the replica of the motor to the Press rod,

5 Pen Springs for the Lower ejectors/Cushions.

The model is ok and debugged, the most of the parts can be stamped without support material.
I uploaded it splitted into Seven files translated starting from the original Rhino model, here i had to put a traslation in DXF ( Meshed ) and splitted the model into different files (7) for size reason, but it looks ok for printing,,each component is on different layer..
You can also merge the files, layers name are unique and parts are in position respect to zero point.
The model are in Millimeters.
If you like to get the original 3dm file, just contact me ..
The model, once stamped, looks and works fine, but it's a huge challenge to produce it because the parts are many and it will need a lot of hours for stamping all of them.
I designed this in 2 months and printed while sketching it in the same time, so to debug each parts before to proceed further.
There are # 276 components in total to Print for a printing time of about 150/180 Hours. :) [ Excluding issues eh eh .. ]
Here some link to videos i made to show the machine in function :
