Mechanical Endstop runout sensor and configuration tutorial

This is yet another remix of a filament runout sensor. It's designed to used a mechanical endstop switch and also show user how to install on a RAMPS 1.4 board with Marlin 1.1.6 firmware.

Advantages:
Will still sense material that is clear, whereas optical sensors will not.
