THE 3D PRINTED PARTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY!
I WILL CAME WITH A DESIGN - WHERE 8MM LINEAR BEARINGS ARE GOING TO BE USE!
I WILL STRIP OFF ONE OF MY OLD 3D PRINTERS , AND USE THE PARTS FOR THE NEW DESIGN!
UPDATE: 28 March 2020 - due to the fact that I have two failures during SHAFT printing, a new version with a sacrificial base was included, shaft still under 200mm limits!
All parts are 3d printed.
All parts are design to print without support.
All stl files are in right position to be printed.
Required parts:
It use a Nema 17 Stepper Motor.
SHAFT motor hole is offset with 0.3 - therefore hole is 5.6mm
Nema Motor use 4 X M3 6mm countersunk bolts
4X M5 - 16-18mm Bolt/Nut - ARMS
4X M5 - 16-18mm Bolt/Nut - BASE - however - based on the table is mounted... may vary!
M4 Stud Bolt 6-8mm and a M4 Nut - for Nema 17 Motor - to connect the SHAFT
SHAFT have a pitch of 16mm - double end thread.
It have a support for limit switch on ext. end.
It can be controlled with an Arduino, speed and frequency need to be establish base on Emergency Ventilator Volume.
"B" version secure the thread assembly with 4 - 220mm - M6 thread bars (16 - M6 lock nuts and washers)
This machine was not tested and was not medical approved. Use it as a last resort!
Use your own judgment!
