Meccano SG90 Cap by Opium

Cap for placing on to an SG90 spindle including 21 tiny teeth. This will mesh with the teeth on the SG90 and "lock" the rotation.
This has been printed and tested (will try to upload photos soon!)
Includes Meccano spaced holes, including "extra" holes in the middle... i.e. two holes with 12.7mm centres, plus extra holes in between in case you want to mount for the centre of a beam, or mount a plate etc... The hub has been extruded to allow for space for M4 heads. It will also fit nuts... JUST! Also includes space at top for a screw to fix it to the SG90, recessed below the surface.
This was printed at Shapeways with their accurate laser sinterers... needed for the 21 teeth as they are only .3mm long
I also have a model "SG90 Cap" which is just the central hub (without the extrusion to allow for Meccano bolts)
