Mecanum wheels for my DFRobot Cherokey 4WD, which uses the Dagu motor http://www.dagurobot.com/goods.php?id=167 also available from sparkfun.
Uses 28 MR63ZZ bearings, 28 M3x25 capscrews, 28 m3 nuts, superglue (for bearings) and plasti-dip. Also 4 m2x10 (or m2x12 plus a washer) to screw the hubs to the motor.
change / remove the rim text, then print 56 rollers and 4 hubs (two mirrored). Dip rollers in plasti-dip closed end down twice, then drill out the skin. Drill out the skin on the 4 hub center screw holes
Remixed from gchristopher's 1203230 for the dagu output shaft. also eroded the rollers and added a skin layer for dipping in 2 layers (5/1000 inch each) of plastidip for grip.
Currently printing and will get bearings this week. will post pictures.
