This is a 3D printer friendly version of the MeArm. Please note that this is a finished product but not tested. The features are mostly the same as the standard MeArm, but the servo mounts have been changed significantly; the upper arm support and main arm support have been fused for ease of assembly as well. This is simply a remix meant to keep the functionality of the standard, but ease the printing process and assembly.
Credit: MeArm Limited UK for original design.
You can find the instructions for the assembly at:http://www.instructables.com/id/Pocket-Sized-Robot-Arm-meArm-V04/
PLEASE NOTE:
-The servo mounts allow the servo to be slid into the housing unit and claw unit.
A track was added to the bottom of the housing unit and Servo Arm Bottom for bearing system. This was added for stability and less friction.
A 2.3M tap is needed and a 2mm Allen Wrench.
(6) 2.3mm x 11mm screws are needed to mount the servos. The back holes of the servo mounts will need to be tapped before inserting screws.
(30+) 4.5mm diameter copper BBs are needed for bearing.
