mask strap 30+ on ender 3 buildplate by cannoli-slayer

This was created because I could not print enough of the other straps at one time. I have been able to put 30+ of these straps on an ender 3 build plate. These are a bit long, but that was due to request. I think they could be a little shorter, but that depends on the mask you are using. Print with base of the hooks on the build plate and no support needed. Please share any thoughts for improvements.
