This is a modified version of HP's mask adjustor. The original can be found here:

I filled in the bottom very roughtly to make it flat. This allows it to print without support.
I included the FreeCAD file just incase anyone wants to make any changes.
I printed it using TPU. And it works great. But I suspect it can be printed in pretty much anything. I'd think PET would be preferable to PLA becasue PET has more flex and is less prone to shattering.
I use mine with my custom NanoHack design. It does a good job of sticking to the back of my head and makes it reasonable to just use two rubber bands for the mask's straps.
