Marlin 2.0.2 & 2.0.1 for Anycubic 4MAX pro
by Thingiverse
Last crawled date: 5 years, 10 months ago
V2.0.2 out of the box-> the screen does not work
V2.0.2 with screen -> the screen works
Some point to keep in mind, very important:
The hotend temperature sensot PI configuration could require some changes and of course tunning it. the Pid_max =255
S curve enabled. If you face shifting layer issues in Y axis try disabling it.
Z offset -1,40 -> depends on each machine
Linear advance K factor in configuration_adv should be changed in the firmware or in the Gcode
the runout filament only stops the printing, does not allow its change.
V1_1 published: the chages are:
using the correct marlin tike hotend and hotbed sensor number (11)
PID for hotend updated acordingly
Based on the work of Jonas Plamann and all the people who contributed in this github:https://github.com/Poket-Jony/Marlin-A4MaxPro-2.0.x?fbclid=IwAR0KaxewGQaMAMfd21ztFa7PuVJQLy5wNyTTuI6sd6TU464uHRjozXf3bus
In this github there are many many info about the features of this codes.
I generated two different new versions of firmware for the anycubic 4MAx pro.
what I did is take the latest marlin stable version available now (2.0.1) and update it acordingly to include all the printer features like the TFT screen, filament runout sensor and so on.
There are the following files:
The out of the box marlin 2.0.1 package: Marlin-2.0.x.zip
The updated version with the Marlin out of the box filament runout feature and code: 2020_01_09_Marlin-2.0.1_anycubic.zip
The updated version with the anycubic filament runout feature and code: 2020_01_09_Marlin-2.0.1anycubic-_all_anycubic.zip
The information about which files have been updated o required: marlin_2_0_1_stock_to_ANYCUBIC.docx
Some point to keep in mind, very important:
The hotend temperature sensot PI configuration could require some changes and of course tunning it. the Pid_max =150
S curve not enabled. If you enable it you will probably have shifting layer issues in Y axis.
Z offset -1,42 -> depends on each machine
Linear advance K factor in configuration_adv should be changed in the firmware or in the Gcode
