A heavier version of the Milner Pattern Laser Rifle, able to accept multiple battery packs. Attached is an adjustable 1 - 6 magnification scope.
Used by designated marksmen deployed with guardsman from near feral worlds.
It's a Lee Enfield SMLE at 1/56 scale and some artistic liberties.
Similar to a Galvanic Rifle, this rifle is based off an older design, built with wood furniture made by simple tradesman and fitted with imported laser rifle components.
