Makerbot build plate leveling knob by doitprojects

Somehow one of the two knobs that control the leveling of our Makerbot Replicator build plate vanished. Rather than order a new one, it made sense to use the remaining knob as a template to 3D model a replacement that we can have printed and insert the interior threads after. It worked :)
