I made these because I have an aluminum Y carriage that is thicker than the stamped steel from the factory.
I also added a round lip so the springs guide with tighter tolerances.
I printed in PETG with a .6 nozzle with 100 Percent infill. These were coming out weak with a .4 nozzle but now have not broken.
You may be able to scale the Z down if you have the standard bed in case they are too loose.
