I've included a wall B test piece to try out here. The rest of the parts are available on my Gumroads Store.
These are magnet insertion and drill guides tools for Axolote Hex walls styles A, B, C, BAB, CC, D, E, and Corners. It works with the short and tall versions also. These tools allow for precise drilling of bottom magnet holes and easy insertion of magnets into bottom and sides of walls. They use embedded magnets to ensure consistent alignment of magnets for both side and bottom insertion.
It turns out that 5x2mm round magnets fit snugly into the vertical slots of Axolote Hex walls and corners. This allows walls to be connected quickly using magnets, eliminating the need for special wall connector tiles, clips, and bases. You can get 1000 5x2mm magnets for between ~11-17USD out of china.
Also, qty2 3/32" x 1/4" steel dowel pins can be into the side slots in place of magnets for curved walls (or walls that you need to be facing a certain direction) allowing them to stick to neighboring walls regardless of magnet polarity.
If you don't want to use bottom magnets to attach to the tiles standard wall connector posts can still be used to connect walls and corners to tile bases, using the short version of the connector.
More Axolote Hex info here: Kickstarter Link, DrivethruRPG Link. This is an amazing set of tiles and walls, highly detailed and varied.
Shout out to Anomard as I was inspired to make these after seeing his Template for drilling wholes for magnets
