Mach 3 VTX Stack Mount

I discovered that the Mach 2 and 3 VTXs have slightly different dimensions, so I changed my original Mach 2 mount to fit the Mach 3 better. I also reduced the thickness slightly to help it fit better in a stack, as well as make the zip tie indents deeper so the zip tie doesn't stick out as much. Finally, I included a whole on the bottom of the mount itself to allow better cooling of the VTX since it can get pretty hot running on 1 Watt for long range.
