This is an M52 to M42 adapter (step down) ring.
It is intended to be used for M52 focusing helicoids.
I wanted interchangeability for M42 threaded adapted projector lenses, etc. With this ring m42 mounted lenses, macro rings can be mounted to larger, m52 helicoids.
Outer ring: M52x1
Inner ring: M42x1
Height: 5mm
I've created it by using elements from different models from this site. Small holes added to help the unscrewing if it locked tight into the helicoid.
Printing:
I printed it with PETG on Ender 3, without supports.
Infill: 20% gyroid
0.28 layer height worked for me.
