We have just added our second 3D printer at work, a Lulzbot Taz 3. I'm impressed with the hardware so far, but one issue has surfaced during Z-axis adjustment - the limit switch will sometimes miss the Z-axis stop screw.
Here's a trivial fix, a small bumper that will fit the end of the screw. You will almost certainly have to tweak the size, depending on how much shrink you get while printing the part. Alternatively, a #33 drill should open up the body enough for a good fit.
The added part is the one on the lower end of the screw!
