Designed some low profile clamps to be used on the Zmorph Fab specifically for working with the laser. The clamps designs they include work but stick up high enough that the laser can hit them. These ones run flush at 1/8" or 3mm.
I also increased the bed lift to 6mm because being able to view between the material and the bed helps determine if the laser has cut through.
There are a few clamp types:
Adjustable clamp with two clamping wedges. The Y is the most versatile as it can be used on flat or round material (like coasters) but you can swap out the wedges easy enough.
A corner clamp. (L Shaped)
A side clamp (straight)
A support used to hold up a corner without adding an edge if you have enough.
