male and female spade crimp terminals may be used, simply remove isolator and solder each terminal to the end of your wire (do not crimp) make sure its a clean solder with no excess, place between each half and glue. trim off excess glue and connect.
If mating terminals are to tight use a small flat screwdriver to gently pry open the female side of the connection, do small adjustments.
use both male and female terminals in one side of the plug to create a polarized connection.
