A roller carriage for 2020 aluminum extrusion. Designed for my FolgerTech Kossel to accept ball bearing delrin rollers instead of shower door rollers. My FolgerTech Kossel originally came with linear bearings. Made the encased nut area all the way through the part. Moved the mounting points toward the center on each side by 1mm. Reworked the roller support height and shape. Cut out the roller supports to clear the 2020 extrusion. This centers the tie rod carriage over the rail and minimizes the use of the tensioner.
*Note: May need to use a thicker tie rod end carriage or use washers for belts to clear bottom/top corners.
