I wanted to make my own Bulbasaur planter after spying the original one on Reddit and finding that it wasn't on here (which has since been rectified http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:383659).
It turns out that this model is quite tiny. The main cavity for the plant is only 18mm across. Try printing at a scale of 2.5 to 2.8 to accommodate most mini store bought plants.
I will be modifying the hole for the plant to make it a little deeper and better able to hold the roots.
