Speaker adaptor rings for the Lotus Elise S1 that allowed me to fit 6in 2-way speakers into my Elise. There's one for the drivers side and one for the passengers side.
New speakers need to have a 4 hole mount at a PCD of 158mm (6.25 in).
Original speakers were 3 hole at a PCD of 142mm (5.8in).
I've added a couple of images of those sketches.
The ring mounts in the original three screw holes from the OE speakers with those original folded metal threaded-clips (which may or may not be there - I had 4 out of 6 so had to find some replacements). The new speakers are then held in with M4 fasteners and M4 slide-in nuts (I used nylocks). Should ensure the larger speakers are clear of the seatbelt mechanisms.
There is no need to print with support as I modelled some removable support in the openings for the slide in nuts. And I will attempt to upload another version of the as-finished part if you want to rely on your slicers supports.
