I cut the head piece into 3 separate files so that I could fit it on the bed of my CR-10 to make a full size wearable version that I scaled up 3440%. In hindsight I could have left the middle of the main spike on the forehead. This may be useful for someone, otherwise you can use meshmixer to cut the front and back as well and scale it up but leave the spike. I will add pictures when I am finished with the project, but that may be a while. I will be gluing, glassing, and then painting the helm to finish it up.
I tried to modify the files to make these changes but was not skilled enough to do so, at least in meshmixer.
The changes ill be making during the bondo step of the process will be:
-adding a little more height as the spike tapers off to the rim of the helm
-making the bottom spikes beefier similar to the movie prop
-making the head spikes beefier similar to the movie prop
-increasing the ridge on the cheek
-putting a square end to the inside of the eye pieces
-shaving a bit of the inside of the model down for room around my cheeks
-making the two spikes that come inwards towards the mouth area curve slightly up and a little larger
-straightening the end of the spike as it curves forward a bit in the model
update: I added the full .stl file without any slicing incase anyone wants to slice it for printing in different sections or if anyone knows how to remix it to correct the things I pointed out above
