Here is a file for Lord Cireneg's City Kickstarter now running.
Print it off and give it a go.
The cost for the entire city, inn, belltower and market is around US$37.50 (give or take).

This is the small section, it will bump up against other pieces to the side which will provide the other wall for it, so if you put a number of these side by side you will get the idea. They are joined by base pieces underneath this and also floors will go between each level so minis can sit atop them (obviously).
It will require supports for the overhanging window pieces.
This is a slightly different model to what I have previously tested, so please contact me if you have any issues.
