With some 3d printed stiffener mods installed on my shifter, the original smooth center clamp became difficult to reliably crank on to my desk.
After some measurements and test prints, I found that the original bolt was based on a T16x4 trapezoidal/acme thread, with 3mm thread depth instead of the typical 4mm. Attached a sketch of the profile and SolidWorks file for reference.
I only own a G27, but I'm assuming the center clamp is similar on a G25 too.
