Update 3/11/2021
Warning : the fan duct can be damage if you use it for PETG or ABS. Twisting under too high temp (>220°C), so I think it can only correctly work for PLA.
I suggest to print the fan duct with PETG and use only to cool PLA print.
If you want a more polyvalent fan duct, please see my other fan duct design.
New Fan Duct Arc STL file could work with all filaments.
Update 3/05/2021
Design modified to stop hitting the bottom of the x-carriage : Cuted the design to fit better the x-carriage without touching it.
Reduce height by 1mm too : sometime the right fan holder could be twisted, reduce height can provide a better distance from the bed and the print.
This is a circular fan duct with low profile (no bed scratching) for LK4 Pro or U30 Pro printer.
The ring part was taken on other design on thingiverse : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1823404
I made this to have a more efficient cooling on little long part of my 3D prints.
Results are visible in posted pictures on a XYZ calibration design.
Only if you are extremely satisfied with my design, please pay me a beer ;-)https://fr.tipeee.com/marci/
