Update: Video of this in action during printing can be found here
{https://youtu.be/C9Brjx86_ig}
Slow and faster speed recordings up. Dont mind the weird stutters, 3d printed bearings are only so good. I doubt anyone can DLP/SLA print faster than this can supply. Except for industry cheating with hydrogel. {https://youtu.be/GzWb3ZcO-WI} {https://youtu.be/WupOFppW2Sg}
Update: I will be adding a oxygenator that will be mixing the fluid while in the container. Speaking of containers, just ask if you need the file mocked up for a different container. I will request that you provide a STL or OBJ file of your container so I can work around it. If theres threads, I need those measured out. Videos of it in action soon to come. Added some test files for the oxygenator, use at your own risk; I threw those together and awaiting parts to finalize the design.
A rig for controlled filling/draining/mixing of resin for 3d Printing. Have not tested all the parts yet fully, but this is the design/theory so far. I have included a file for printed bearing but that's only for testing.
Really I would like this to end up an internal solution for "no-mess, no-fuss" handling of resin. Can't find models of Creality resin printers so painfully and manually slow it is.
BOM so far:
3ft - 4mm OD 3mm ID Silicone tubing (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08Q3ZYLM1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) If you plan on using 4mm OD 2MM ID tubing, let me know and Ill upload the appropriate impellor and lid files.
3 - 623ZZ bearings
4 - M3 20mm screws
4- M3 Washers
1 - Nema17 motor
1- Arduino or stepper controller(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LH64KMM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

1 - 12v heater cartridge

Note I will be changing to 6mm OD 4mm ID tubing since Ive found resin just too thick to pump at a respectable rate without destroying the tubing. I am also working on a printable housing for the reservoir for those whom despise Inland resin containers.
