Little People Crutches by mildot

My 5 year old daughter broke her leg and none of the local pharmacy's had crutches her size (She is really short). So I designed these up really quick. They use 1/2" OD PVC or ABS pipe. (Some could try metric 20mm but I am thinking it might be a little small)
I used PVC and since she is so short and light they worked fine but pvc has more flex then ABS so if that is a concern maybe get abs. I bought a 6 foot length and 2 Tee fittings. I had some rubber feet from actual crutches and they fit great (Cane feet might work). the plug is not necessary just cleans up the look.
To get the correct measurements I just took a measurement from her armpit to just above where her hand normally hangs. Then after that cut had her hold them and took the measurement to the ground.
