Alternative spacer block to work with linear rails on a Wilson II printer
Replaces the clamps in Ant0ny's linear rails systems for wilson II printers.
Also added a drill guide - I only had one set of holes that lined up, and a simple jig to mark and drill the second set seemed easier than unbolting it all and measuring/marking it by hand.
