LIFX GU10 Downlight Fixture

This fixture can be used to surface mount the LIFX GU10 Downlight or other low-wattage GU10 LED lights. It's designed to fit a standard American 4-inch circular electrical junction box. The base can accommodate a standard GU10 socket (example linked below), allowing for permanent installation via two M3 screws or an adhesive/resin of your choice.
A standard 4-inch socket should accept two 8/32" screws spaced at a distance of 3.5" -- the mount holes on the base will line-up accordingly. The lamp screws into the installed socket and is then covered by the shade which is held in-place via four retaining tabs positioned in a rotational locking pattern.
Do NOT use this fixture with standard halogen GU10 lamps unless you are sure the filament you've selected can accommodate the extreme heat. This design is offered with NO warrant of safety or liability. If you choose to print/install this design, you assume all risks associated.
