Decorative Letters at the effigy of the port city of Le Havre in France. Created for the #SeeTheWorld challenge.
Le Havre
Designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, Le Havre was bombed during the 2nd World War.
The architect Auguste Perret has redesigned the entire town center, that was destroyed in 1944, with its famous straights and sharp angles.
Then Oscar Niemeyer has brought its modern touch in 1982 with its curved lines on the Impressive Volcano.
Now Le Havre is the best spot for the architectural expression with some architects like Jean Nouvel, Henri Loisel, ...
Le Havre is selected for a stage of the Tour De France 2015.
About
I Am an engineer student of 18 years old, and I developed this creation in seeking to promote the 3D printing after my visit to the Paris 3D Printshow.
I take the gamble to show you a French city for this challenge.
I Decided to combine all these architectural emblems of Le Havre in its initials. For this I draw sketches with SolidWorks and a Picture, next I've added some volumes to those sketches.

Now i've upgraded it for that everyone can print by downloading on Thingiverse.

I made the render with 3DSmax.

Classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, Le Havre a été bombardée pendant la 2nde Guerre Mondiale.
L'architecte Auguste Perret a redessiné l'ensemble du centre ville, qui a été détruit, en 1944 avec ses lignes droites et des angles vifs célèbres.
Puis Oscar Niemeyer a apporté sa touche moderne en 1982 avec les lignes courbes sur l'impressionnant volcan.
Maintenant, Le Havre est le meilleur endroit pour l'expression architecturale avec quelques architectes comme Jean Nouvel, Henri Loisel, ...

Je suis un étudiant ingénieur de 18 ans, et j'ai développé cette création en cherchant à promouvoir l'impression 3D après ma visite àu Printshow 3D de Paris.
Je prends le pari de vous montrer une ville Française dans ce challenge.
J'ai décidé de combiner tous ces emblèmes architecturaux du Havre dans ses initiales.

Maintenant il est mis à jour pour que tout le monde puisse l'imprimer en le téléchargeant sur Thingiverse.
