Hi, I present you first version of 3d printer Leonardo3d. This is cartesian 3d printer with build space about 300x200x500mm (X, Y, Z). The matherboard is duet 0.8.5 with ethernet.

Parts to buy (ebay, amazon):
Aluminium extrusion T-Slot 20x20mm: 4x100cm + 6x50cm + 6x40cm + 2x37,5cm + 2x30cm
Linear rails all 12mm: 4x70cm + 2xcm + 2x40cm
Zaxis: 2x trapeziodal threaded rod 8x600mm, 2x flexible shaft coupler (5x8mm)
Bearings: 12x linear bearing LM12UU, 2x 608ZZ
Motors: 6x nema17 2A, 5mm shaft (2x Zaxis, 2x Yaxis, 1x Xaxis, 1x Extruder)
Belt, idler, pulley: GT2 timing belt 6mm width, 5m length (you can cut to size)
3x GT2 belt 16 tooth idler and 3x GT2 belt 16 tooth pulley
Heated bed: 400x300x4mm aluminium plate with silicone heater pad 300x200mm 24V
Extruder: chinese MK8 with stronger motor (Nema17 2A) and 26 teeth drive gear
Printing head: E3D vulcano 1.75mm 0.6 nozzle (yes it is chinese clone from ebay :P)
Cables: ribbon cable 4A, 20 way, 5m
Matherboard: Duet 0.8.5 ethernet
Power supply: PC ATX for 12V and 24V heated bed (controlled by relay)
A lot of M5, M4, M3 bolts, washers and nuts

Update1:
I have added second version for bottom of print head now you can attach bed leveling sensor (in my case it's Omron proximity sensor 4mm M12). It's connetced to duet board as E0 endstop. Works perfectly like on video :D
Update2:
I have redesigned X, Y and part of Z axis also, changed X and Y endstops to proximity sensor, new extruder carriage, 33% bigger print dimensions (from 200x300x500 to 250x350x500)
