That's the design of camera cover for Lenovo Thinkpad T420.
To be printed rotated 90^ (on the side), vertically, without supports.
Might be printed at a slightly bigger scale (~102% to get little bit more space for using a kind of smooth felt adhesive tape applied from the inside for extra protection against scratches).
I have painted mine externally with black synthetic rubber in spray paint ;-)
