Edit: Sept 9 2017 Updated stl to solid thicker piece. This should last longer before breaking.
Does your lee turret press not auto index properly anymore? Your square ratchet is probably worn out. It's simply a piece of plastic so I modeled and printed a replacement in about 10 minutes. You'll want to use a plastic that bonds the layers very nicely. I used PETG. ABS may also work but I'm not sure. Let me know if it does.
You want a loose fit on the rod with this piece. If it is not, try scaling it down or up a bit.
