High power LEDs need acurate cooling, my spare Intel cooler (from my i3 2105) is suitable for this task, even without a fan.

cooler: full aluminium
boxed intel cooler for 65 TPD 1155 processor
diameter 89mm
heigh: circular 15mm; total 19mm
LED: Epistar 10W; 700mA; ~10V
120°angle; color: warmwhite ~3000K; 1000lm
Power supply: meanwell APC-12-700
Printing material: PLA
Version 2 lost a lot of weight, also the mount is much stronger!
I printed my second with ABS, works fine!
