This is a mounting plate for circular European truck tail lights that include stop/indicator/tail. The plate allows for the original tungsten bulbs to be replaced with LEDs. I have these lights on my kit car and the upgrade has been fantastic - no more unseated bulbs!!
In addition to the light units you will need to buy pre-wired (with resistors) 4mm superbright LEDs (I bought 50 on Ebay) and 6 x 8mm LEDs for the tail lights. The 4mm LEDs needed little spring seats. I also bought a ballast resistor for each indicator to fool the relay into not increasing the blink rate (left standard the insufficient LED current draw makes the relay think a bulb has blown).
