Leatherman Surge, Horizontal Slide-in Locking case. Surge is secured inside with locking mechanism, and only can be released when the button is pressed. Case will be a bit stiff at first. I used an m3 screw to secure the tab to the case.Iwear it on my right side and depress the button with my thumb while sliding it out with my finger.
