This is a simple toothbrush rack I made. No glue needed for assembly (except for the screw hider for wall rack).
I used a white 3 mm acrylic (Plexiglass). Thinner is not recommended for strength concerns and clear acrylic material is not recommended because it gets water stains very quickly.
Included are cut-ready pdf's (with kerfing) for 3mm acrylic, source Corel Draw and a test file.
If you are going to use different thickness material I suggest you do some test cuts first to test the fit of the parts. A test file is included with instructions inside. You should have a snug fit without any slack.
The stand: two center pieces for stability, the right side rests are slightly higher than the left (as the curve of most toothbrushes).
The wall-mounted rack: one screw in the middle was enough for me. The right side, again, is slightly elevated. Below the main parts are some spacers and (rightmost two) a screw cover you'll need to glue on (permament, hides the screw if ugly, optional).
First sumbission :P
