This is a puzzle I designed as a present for a fiftieth birthday in our neighbourhood.
Everyone wrote their name on a piece and gave it to her.
Creating big (40cm) numbers. There are 50 pieces in total.
I started with a jigsaw pattern : http://www.craftsmanspace.com/free-patterns/jigsaw-puzzle-2d-pattern.html
Then I drew a 5 over it and deleted al the excess lines.
Did the same with the zero.
Then used the lasercutter at our school to cut them out of 5mm plywood.
Enjoy!
