From my previous Ultimaker X(2X), Y(2X), Z http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:73468 I have learnt many things about building my own 3D printer.
I am now starting to build my next 3D printer which I am adding all of my previous knowledge and I will be uploading progress videos onto you tube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFihgbMpXdIzcH1IYlHgQ3w
This printer will be using 2mm wire rope to drive both the X and Y axis.
The extruder will also be mounted on the gantry reducing the length of the Bowden tube.
My intention is to have two lead screws on the platform which will also be linked with one motor using 2mm wire rope.
The main frame is made from 2mm H22 Aluminium.
