inspired by various laptop stands out here.
you already printed this stand, but your new laptop/tablet doen't fit any longer?
no problem! just print some additional parts, change the width and you are good to go!
bored of the single colour?
no problem! print the same parts in different colours and exchange them.
you want to cook a great meal, but have no room for the recipe book in the kitchen?
no problem! books also fit in this stand :-)
this bundle includes:
testing piece <== PRINT THIS FIST!!! so you can do some fine tuning, if necessary
L-Part (~15cm long to fit on smaller printers)
rods (male-male) with different length (5,10,15,20cm)
rod adapter (female-female) to add two rots together
rod additions (male-female) to expand even further (5,10,15,20cm)
[not finished jet] keyboard holder - will snap on the front side of the L-Part
NOTE: the male-connectors already have supports, similar to simplify3D - and they work GREAT!
thanks to Bushmills for his "simple pin and block snap connector". i benefit from it a lot.

i finished the keyboard holder (06_keyboard_holder.stl). it is a small part which has to be connected to the front of the big L-part. you can put your keyboard on it and have enough room for post-processing your printed parts, while watching youtube in front of your laptop

IT WORKS! (i never really had a doubt, but it's good to know for sure...)
printed in PLA. i don't have lots of experience with ABS, but warping could become a problem... try printing a long rod before starting the whole project and maybe fail.
