Do you have a Lantech Q300 pallet wrapper with a broken chain cover over the carriage?
Here is a patch to save the cover.

I came across a machine that had a bigger hole. The top of the cover was flat so I revised my coned washer and gave it a bigger flat. This won't work on most of the covers I have seen. Just the flat top ones.
