I have a lot of old cell phones with batteries of different sizes, so I decided to design a rechargeable lamp where it would be easy to print the cases for the different battery sizes and thus reuse the old batteries.
To redesign the cases is necessary to have Autodesck Fusion 360.
I hope it is useful to you as it has been for me.
Once more, thank you for sharing the knob nuthttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:641854
Part list:
Reacharging board TP4056 (the one with protections)
8xM2 bolts (+/-8mm) 4 for the bottom cover + 4 to the bolb
4xM2 bolts (4mm) 2 for the board + 2 to the on/off switch
3xM4 bolts and nuts (20mm)
battery of any size ;)
Led 5mm
on/off switch (SS-12F15 1P2T Mini Slide Switch interruptor 7mm handle)
2 pieces of clear filament (translucent) to pass the charging indication outside the case
optional
ams1117 3.3v (protect the led from burning)
Notes:
open the holes near micro usb connection with a 2mm drill bit
the bolb-back-funnel need supports, nothing major ...
The case model i've upload is from a very good baettry of 3140mA/h from a LG G pro but you can do your with the Fusion 360 file
Update:
Made a bolb-v2 to print better with 2 walls
