So I found a great lamp outside an apartment dumpster and had a nice lampshade for it, but lamp had a small post and the shade had a large hole. So, whats a guy to do?
HE BUILDS SOMETHING! That is how Man do!
This is one of those builds that is bred of necessity and will hopefully be of use to someone else out there. The basic idea is that you press the shade ring between the top and bottom piece and then tighten it all down on the post with the finial (Will post picture of the finial once it's done printing).
I hope this is useful to someone out there. Let me know if you have any ideas or recommendations. I'll be more than happy to throw out the SKP file.
