Lamp shade for indirect lighting by gcab

This is my first attempt to replace the cheap Japanese lampoon you first buy to hide the bare bulbs, until you decide after 10 years that you need to replace it. Diameter is 38cm, a standard bulb fits in (eg 220 V 70W, 5,5 cm diameter)
Each piece has to be printed 16 times, at the exception of the support (6th picture).
WATCH OUT: you might find it beautiful, but it's a nightmare to build (more than 20 hours assembly).
I post this object mostly to see how skilled people could make it more mechanically build-able. And also to give you some inspirations, and some lesson-learned about one of my first designs.
Note: you have to drill one square holes at the top of two opposed meridians to insert the support. A nylon tie on the electric wire avoids the support to glide down.
