The Lambda Chi Alpha house in the Drury University 'Fraternity Quad' is open to members of the fraternity at Drury. The $1.6 million dollar mansion boasts 13,000 square feet, which includes bedrooms, study areas, and common activity areas. The Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity house is located on the northwest corner of the Drury University campus at 1345 N. Jefferson. Lambda Chi Alpha internationally is the third largest collegiate fraternity, and Theta-Sigma Zeta at Drury University is one of Lambda Chi Alpha’s oldest chapters. Their more than 1,400 initiated brothers have included men of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and religious faiths. Lambda Chi Alpha has been the cutting edge fraternity both locally and nationally. In 1972, it became the first national fraternity to abolish pledgeships and, in 1990, the first to create a risk management officer in each chapter.
